编者按2013年2月教育部公布了《中小学书法教育指导纲要》,书法进校园,书法进课堂,把书法教育正式纳入到了国家的教育系统中。2014年7月16日,中国书法家协会组织实施了“翰墨薪传工程”中小学书法师资首批培训在全国12个省、市、自治区同时开学。由此,中国书法教育的大幕被掀开。中国书法包含了历史、哲学、美学、道德、技艺等方面的丰富内涵,书法有法,如何在书法学习中有效地继承和弘扬其中的菁华,是每一个书法教育者和书法学习者所面临的问题。
Editor’s note In February 2013, the Ministry of Education released the “Guidance Outline for Calligraphy Education in Primary and Secondary Schools”. Calligraphy entered the campus and calligraphy entered the classroom. Calligraphy education was formally incorporated into the education system of the country. On July 16, 2014, the Chinese Calligraphers Association organized and implemented the first batch of training of primary and secondary calligraphic teachers in the project of “Learning from Payroll Project”, which started at the same time in 12 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country. As a result, the curtain of Chinese calligraphy education was opened. Chinese calligraphy contains the rich connotation of history, philosophy, aesthetics, morality, artistry and so on. How to effectively inherit and promote the essence of calligraphy in it is what every calligrapher and calligraphy learner faces problem.
