河流为人类社会提供了最为重要的淡水资源,是人类及其他众多生物赖以生存的物质基础,但随着经济的飞速发展,人类对河流不断索取的同时却忽视了对河流的保护,致使河流生态急剧恶化。分析影响永定河水资源保护工作的若干问题,进而从水资源管理体制、机制、法律和污染防治措施等方面提出相应的对策。
