目的观察健康教育工作对现代化中央商务大楼员工的生存质量的干预效果,探讨对此类人群具有适用性的健康教育与健康促进的途径和方法 ,为促进员工健康提供依据。方法对干预试点(2栋商务楼)内的员工进行为期一年半健康教育干预工作,结合世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)自制调查问卷并以此为测量工具进行效果评估。结果干预前,干预组和对照组之间调查对象生存质量各领域得分比较,差异均无统计学意义。在生理、心理和社会关系领域,干预后干预组、对照组调查对象自身得分水平均高于干预前,但干预组的提高程度显著高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论在商务楼对员工开展针对性的健康教育干预工作有利于促进目标人群的健康,提高他们的生存质量得分水平。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of health education on the quality of life of modern Central Business Building staff and to explore ways and means of health education and health promotion applicable to such people and to provide basis for promoting employee health. Methods A one-year and a half health education intervention was conducted for employees in the intervention pilot (two commercial buildings). The questionnaire was made based on WHOQOL-BREF and used as a measurement tool to evaluate the effect. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the intervention group and the control group in all fields. In the fields of physiology, psychology and social relations, the scores of intervention group and control group themselves were higher than those before intervention, but the improvement of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The targeted intervention of health education in the commercial building helps to promote the health of the target population and improve their quality of life scores.
