以高碳高铬钢为研究对象,通过变质处理研究了RE-Na/K和RE-Na/K-Ti两种RE复合变质剂对高碳高铬钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,高碳高铬钢经两种RE复合变质处理后,其组织中奥氏体晶粒得到细化,网状碳化物出现颈缩断开现象。高碳高铬合金钢的力学性能明显改善,硬度(HRC)和冲击韧度分别达到了41.5和7.6 J/cm2,比未变质处理的试验钢分别提高了2.9%和28.8%。RE-Na/K-Ti的变质效果优于RE-Na/K的变质效果。
The effect of RE-Na / K and RE-Na / K-Ti two RE compound modifiers on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-carbon high chromium steel was studied with high carbon high chromium steel as the research object. The results show that the austenite grains of the high carbon and high chromium steel are refined and the reticular carbides show the phenomenon of necking and shrinkage after the two kinds of RE compound metamorphism treatment. The mechanical properties of high-carbon high-chromium alloy steels have been significantly improved. The HRC and impact toughness have reached 41.5 and 7.6 J / cm2, respectively, which are 2.9% and 28.8% higher than those of the unmodified steels respectively. The metamorphic effect of RE-Na / K-Ti is better than that of RE-Na / K.
