The Third World Federation of Federation delegates in Vienna in 1953 commissioned Jörven Evans, a famous Dutch movie artist, to produce a documentary about the conference. Evans expanded his theme to include not only the venue but also the workers’ struggle outside the venue, and this “torrent of rapids” was produced. This document records the struggle of the working people of all countries for freedom, peace and happiness Video The movie began with peaceful labor from the very beginning: people built houses with their own hands, opened up canals, planted with junk and cotton ... people created all the wealth that man needed. The film expresses the desire of the working people in this way: “If this can be decided by us, there will not be a hungry man anyway in the world, and if this can be left to us, the phrase homelessness must be forgotten by mankind. If this is up to us, no one in the world will be scared of the winter’s cold. ”
