自媒体披露古驰深圳专卖店侵害员工合法权益的新闻以来,跨工企业劳动关系的合规性就一直是社会关注的热点。现在,古驰深圳专卖店的部分员工已经申请劳动仲裁,深圳当地劳动行政部门也开始全面调查古驰劳动用工行为的适当性,深圳市总工会已经旗帜鲜明的支持员工的合法诉求,古驰也从最初声称的完全合规到现在愿意整改,虽然最终的结果如何尚待调查结论的出台,但事件的演变路径颇值得关注。古驰侵权事件之所以成为热点抑或古驰之所以声称合规,有两点格外突出:一是古驰的员工为劳务派遣人员;
