日前,扬州市总工会、人力资源和社会保障局联合举行仪式,从基层党委书记、法律工作者、工会干部、行业协会秘书长、人力资源管理人员等各界人士中,聘请了50名市级工资集体协商指导员和50名市级工资集体协商谈判员。今后,这100名“两员”将经常深入基层,与近千名县、乡两级工资协商指导员、谈判员一道,指导企业开展工资协商,必要时受邀以“第三方”身份,直接介入企业工资集体协商。
