当前,中学政治教师的专业素质包括:(1)一系列规范要求下的职业操守、职业道德、法制意识;(2)现定于所教授科目的深度思想政治觉悟和教学理论及教学技巧;(3)基于科目教学和教育环境下的人际关系的处理能力等。由此可以看出,教师的专业素质是多方面的,与诸多社会因素有着直接关系。教师的专业素质主要通过教学效果得以体现,见诸于广泛的评价结果当中,即良好的评价结果是教师高素质的直接体现。所以应当开展广泛的评价,将家长、社会、学校、学生等纳入评价主体当中,并对教学效果、教学
