针对乳化液泵站的曲轴系统,运用优化设计的方法,研究曲轴的结构和强度,并对其进行分析研究。对曲轴进行受力分析,应用单位阶跃函数建立曲轴弯矩和变形的统一数学表达式,并结合静力学平衡方程确定支承处的作用力,从而得到曲轴弯曲和变形方程,解决曲轴的强度和刚度计算问题;运用优化设计的方法来计算曲拐对通过重心构成的扭转振动载荷和对重心构成的摇摆振动载荷,进而确定曲拐的空间位置分布;对现用的两支撑结构的曲轴进行有限元分析。通过优化分析最终达到优化曲轴结构,提高泵的设计水平。
