我国的机关部门是国家政治建设的核心组织,他们对国家政策进行上传下达,为国家建设做出巨大贡献。但是,在各部门的工作发展过程中,为了让各单位更好的发挥其职能,国家提出了相应的办法,努力打造学习型机关,在各单位进行开展工作人员学习活动,并提高工作人员的素质。比如:最近习近平总书记提出的“两学一做”重要讲话,2016年在全体党员中开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员”学习教育,从学习目的和具体要求出发,全国展开了学习活动,对党的建设和发展有一定的促进作用。
