为了进行直喷式柴油机喷雾混合过程中湍流参数与燃空混合率的相关关系的研究,本文开发了一套用于瞬志气体射流速度浓度同步测量的测试系统,研制了一种新型速度浓度同步采样探头,阐述了该探头的结构、原理和标定方法,讨论了影响探头分辨率和信噪比的有关因素。本文还给出了使用该测试系统在直喷式柴油机喷雾混合过程的气体模拟研究中得到的一组典型结果。
In order to study the correlation between the turbulent parameters and the combustion-air mixing ratio in direct injection diesel engine, a set of testing system for simultaneous measurement of gas velocity and gas jet velocity was developed, and a new synchronous sampling of velocity and concentration The probe describes the structure, principle and calibration of the probe, and discusses the factors that affect the resolution and signal-to-noise ratio of the probe. This paper also presents a set of typical results obtained from the gas simulation study of direct injection diesel engine spray mixing using this test system.
