8月中旬,江西一个不大的金矿进行采矿权的拍卖转让,引起了各方关注,从中央到地方,各种新闻媒体都对之做了报道。这个金矿不大,矿石储量C级9730吨,D级64283吨,合计74013吨,平均品位是每吨7.75克,约合黄金574公斤。根据南昌有色设计研究院编制的《江西省上饶县应家磁坞金矿可行性研究报告》,预计矿山建设总投资405.16万元,日产金矿石4吨。按照国家规定,日产5吨矿石以下的岩金矿为小型矿。这起拍卖成为人们关注的焦点不在于金矿的大小,关键在于它是一个有突破性的事件。
