我厂生产的东风140汽车变速箱第二轴中段花键小径为φ56_(-9.932)~(-0.012),表面粗糙度Ra0.4μm,常在M8612机床上加工。应用原机床上的砂轮修整器修磨砂轮,加工出来的零件常因位置误差和尺寸误差而达不到要求。为此,我们对砂轮修整器进行了改进。如图1所示,机床上原有砂轮修整器的回转轴心线Y—Y与机床顶尖中心线x—x不在同一垂、直平面上,这样修出的砂轮工作面母线AA虽是一圆弧线段,但加工出来的6段圆弧的圆心不在工件的轴心线上。
