铟是硫化镉制备过程中伴随的有害元素,因此,需要对硫化镉原料和硫化镉晶体中铟的含量进行控制分析。吸光光度法测定微量铟常用的试剂有结晶紫、甲基紫、罗丹明和罗丹明等碱性染料。但是,使用这些显色剂时镉都有干扰,在测定铟之前需要进行分离。根据文献,本文研究并提出用5.7-二溴-8-羟基喹啉-氯仿溶液直接萃取测定硫化镉中微量铟的方法,0.5g硫化镉可不影响铟的测定。
Indium is a harmful element associated with the preparation of cadmium sulfide. Therefore, the content of indium in the cadmium sulfide raw material and the cadmium sulfide crystal needs to be controlled and analyzed. Absorbance spectrophotometric determination of trace indium reagents commonly used crystal violet, methyl violet, rhodamine and rhodamine and other basic dyes. However, cadmium is disturbing when these developers are used and separation is required before indium is measured. According to the literature, this paper studies and proposes a direct extraction of 5.7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline-chloroform solution of cadmium sulfide in the determination of indium, 0.5g of cadmium sulfide can not affect the determination of indium.
