为消除测定球团还原矿、炉渣及焙烧钛精矿中金属铁时亚铁及高铁的影响,制定了硫酸铜-硫酸钾方法。于硫酸钢溶液中加入硫酸钾,既抑制了铜盐的水解,使溶液的氢离子浓度降低60%,阻止了亚铁及高铁的溶解,又可以消除多量钛钒化合物对金属铁测定的影响,能测出金属铁的真实值。如采用二氯化汞法,于20毫升饱和溶液中加入6克氯化钠及30毫升水,在二氧化碳保护下煮沸10分钟溶样,使金属铁的分析结果可以提高到近于真值。
In order to eliminate the influence of determination of ferrous and high-speed iron in pellet reduction, slag and metal-iron roasting of titanium concentrate, a copper sulfate-potassium sulfate method was developed. In the case of Mercuric Chloride, 6 g of sodium chloride and 30 ml of water are added to 20 ml of saturated solution and boiled under carbon dioxide for 10 minutes to dissolve the sample. The analytical result of metallic iron can be increased to near real value.
