In 2014, the Ministry of Education proposed that all students should develop the core literacy system in each stadia, and identify the key capabilities that students should possess to adapt themselves to lifelong development and social development. The proposition of “core literacy” coincides with the education goal of “people-oriented”, replaces the traditional knowledge imparting system with the core literacy education mode of students’ future development, and considers the lifelong development of students. From the perspective of knowledge, core literacy includes basic chemical language, micro-concepts, commonly used elements of knowledge, conservation of material changes and basic computing. From the perspective of competence, core literacy includes the ability to handle information, chemistry learning and experimental inquiry;
