在经济转型期,高职院校进入持续优化内涵品质,不断提升办学能力水平,创建优质高职院校的重要发展时期,专业建设迈向了全面转型新阶段。高职院校原设置的专业不能适应产业转型升级和大数据时代对劳动者素质和技能的要求。高职院校应以现代学徒制的校企合作为重要抓手,积极主动适应全球化的产业结构性调整和新兴产业的兴起,引领新一轮的专业结构调整和建设,完成从专业调整、人才培养模式、教学过程设计、技术开发、导师培养及评价体系等全面转型,培养适应产业转型升级的新技术人才,为转型升级中的经济建设作出直接贡献。
In the period of economic transformation, vocational colleges entered an important period of continuous optimization of connotative qualities, continuous upgrading of their ability to run schools and establishment of high-quality vocational colleges. Professional construction turned to a new stage of comprehensive transformation. The original majors set up in higher vocational colleges can not meet the requirements of workers’ qualities and skills in the industrial transformation and upgrading and big data era. Vocational colleges should take the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation as an important starting point, and actively take the initiative to adapt to the globalization of industrial restructuring and the rise of emerging industries, leading a new round of professional restructuring and construction, complete professional adjustment, Personnel training mode, teaching process design, technology development, mentorship training and evaluation system, such as comprehensive restructuring, training to adapt to the industrial restructuring and upgrading of new technical personnel, for the transformation and upgrading of economic construction to make a direct contribution.
