根据党的十三届四中全会的精神和冶金矿山的形势、任务及企业管理工作的需要,我们举办了这次高层次的冶金矿山企业管理研修班,把各大钢主管矿山的经理、矿山处长和独立矿山的经理、局长、矿长请来,研究讨论怎样通过加强企业管理,把我们矿山内部的潜力挖掘出来,克服生产经营中面临的重重困难,满足钢铁生产对矿石原料的需要。大家听了首钢矿山公司的经验介绍,参观了现场;不少矿山在班上交流了经验。大家反映不错,很有收获。这说明,我们举办这个班是成功的。现讲几点意见,供大家研究。
