经济管理是企业实现健康、长远、可持续发展不可或缺的关键性因素。在竞争愈加激烈的现代社会,企业通过不断更新与完善经济管理方法、手段,提升经济管理效率可以增强企业核心竞争力,并在市场中立于不败之地。刚柔并济是经济管理的一种现代、科学的手段,故“刚性”与“柔性”策略相辅相成、相得益彰、齐头并进至关重要。本文阐述了企业经济管理中“刚柔”并进的管理作用,并提出了实现刚柔并进的策略,以飨读者。
Economic management is an indispensable key factor to realize the healthy, long-term and sustainable development of an enterprise. In the increasingly competitive modern society, enterprises can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by constantly updating and perfecting the methods and means of economic management and improving the efficiency of economic management, and remain invincible in the market. Rigidness and merging is a modern and scientific means of economic management. Therefore, “rigidness” and “flexibility” complement each other, complement each other, go hand in hand is essential.
