李立,又名李国华,1907年2月出生于著名的“三湾改编”所在地——永新县三湾村一个贫苦农民家庭。1927年9月29日,毛泽东率领秋收起义部队来到三湾村。10月3日,李立有幸在三湾枫树坪聆听了毛泽东对改编后的工农革命军所作的向井冈山进军的重要讲话,受到深刻的教育和鼓舞。从这时起他投身革命,不久又加入中国共产党。他参加了井冈山和湘赣苏区的斗争,参加了长征、抗日战争和解放战争,为中国革命的胜利立下了不朽
Li Li, also known as Li Guohua, was born in February 1907 in the famous “Three Bay Adaptations” home - a poor peasant family in Sanwan Village, Yongxin County. On September 29, 1927, Mao Zedong led the Autumn Harvest Uprising to Sanwan Village. On October 3, Li Li was fortunate to hear Mao Zedong’s important speech at the Fengshuping, Sanwan Bay on the marching forward of the reorganized workers and peasants’ revolutionary army toward Jinggangshan and was deeply educated and encouraged. From this moment on, he joined the revolution and soon joined the Chinese Communist Party. He participated in the struggle between Jinggangshan and the Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area, took part in the Long March, the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation, and set an immortal stage for the victory of the Chinese revolution
