目的应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用技术(P&T-GC/MS),检测深圳市南山区12个饮用水监测点的生活饮用水中25种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的含量。方法水中低水溶性的挥发性有机物经吹扫捕集仪吹脱、捕集、加热解吸附后经DB-624色谱柱分离,再用质谱仪进行检测。结果对12份水样中25种挥发性有机物进行了检测,该法检出限(S/N=3)为0.001μg/L~0.020μg/L,加标回收率为89.8%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~10.0%。结论该方法快速、灵敏,可同时检出多种组分。南山区生活饮用水样中仅有含量较低的三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯等挥发性有机物检出,测定结果表明南山区生活饮用水水质良好。
Objective To determine the content of 25 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in drinking water of 12 drinking water monitoring stations in Nanshan District, Shenzhen by using purge and trap - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (P & T-GC / MS) Methods The volatile organic compounds with low water-solubility in water were purged by a purge and trap, and were collected and heated for desorption and then separated on a DB-624 column for mass spectrometry. Results 25 volatile organic compounds in 12 samples were detected. The detection limit (S / N = 3) ranged from 0.001 μg / L to 0.020 μg / L, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 89.8% to 110.0% The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.8% ~ 10.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid and sensitive and can detect many components simultaneously. Nanshan District, drinking water samples containing only low levels of chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene and other volatile organic compounds were detected, the results show that drinking water in Nanshan District, good water quality.
