目的了解青少年健康素养现状,为有针对性地开展青少年健康素养干预提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取吉林省延吉市的中小学生1368名学生,通过问卷进行健康素养现状调查。结果青少年具备健康素养的比例为18.2%,基本知识和理念得分为(12.50±4.14)分,健康生活方式与行为得分为(21.02±6.82)分,基本技能得分为(12.99±4.34)分,健康素养总得分为(46.51±15.26)分。结论延边地区中小学生健康素养整体水平较低,学校及家庭应当通过积极有效的方式对中小学生健康给予相应指导,从而提高其健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of young people’s health literacy and provide a reference for carrying out adolescent’s health literacy intervention. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1368 primary and secondary school students in Yanji City, Jilin Province, and the status quo of health literacy was investigated through questionnaire. Results The proportion of adolescents with health literacy was 18.2%, the scores of basic knowledge and philosophy were (12.50 ± 4.14), healthy lifestyles and behaviors were (21.02 ± 6.82), and basic skills were (12.99 ± 4.34) Literacy total score (46.51 ± 15.26) points. Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Yanbian overall health literacy is low, schools and families should be active and effective ways to give appropriate guidance to the health of primary and secondary students to improve their health literacy.
