上海市科学技术工作会议和上海市科学技术协会成立大会,经过讨论,完全拥护聂荣臻副总理代表中国共产党中央和国务院所提出的“苦战三年,基本改变我国科学技术面貌,争取在1962年完成十二年科学技术规划,赶上世界先进的科学技术水平”的庄严号召,并愿团结全市科学技术工作的力量为实现这一任务而奋斗.
Shanghai Science and Technology Conference and the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology set up a conference. After discussion, they fully supported the speech made by Vice Premier Nie Rongzhen on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council for “three years of hard work and war, basically changing the face of science and technology in our country and completing it in 1962 Twelve years of science and technology planning, to catch up with the world's advanced science and technology ”solemn call, and is willing to unite the city's science and technology work force to achieve this task and struggle.
