由北京市建筑工程研究所、宣化风动机械厂设计,宣化风动机械厂制造的DZ40/120双导向钻扩机(图1)于1984年10月在北京通过了技术鉴定。该机适用于直径φ300毫米、φ400毫米孔深12米以内的直孔钻孔灌注桩基础工程和φ400毫米孔深8米以内扩孔灌注桩基础工程的钻扩孔施工。它有双卷筒卷扬机,除可完成钻孔扩孔基础施工外,尚可以完成钻孔后吊钢筋笼、钢板桩等辅助性作业。若增加其他附属装 Designed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Engineering and Xuanhua Pneumatic Machinery Factory, the DZ40/120 double-guided drilling machine manufactured by Xuanhua Pneumatic Machinery Factory (Figure 1) passed technical appraisal in Beijing in October 1984. The machine is suitable for the construction of drilled cast-in-situ piles with a diameter of φ300 mm and a depth of φ400 mm within 12 m, and drilling and hole-expanding for the construction of bored piles with a φ400 mm hole depth of less than 8 m. It has double drum winches, in addition to the completion of drilling hole reaming foundation construction, can still complete the drilling after the crane cage, steel sheet piles and other ancillary operations.
