石家庄市裕华路小学将各学科教师、家长、社区机构和省市有关专家紧密联系起来,为学生社团综合实践活动建立了庞大而有效的资源储备。我校结合学校实际情况和特点,放眼教育空间,有效利用现有资源,开展了丰富多彩的社团综合实践活动。开掘人力资源1.聘请专业人士做校外辅导员。我校除了选派本校专职教师负责社团工作外,还充分挖掘校外资源,为每个社团活动聘请一位校外专业辅导员。如文学社请河北省作家协会诗人李寒举办诗歌讲
