产生于铸件热带处的局部反常白口组织称为反白口。它降低强度和韧性,恶化加工性能,因而引起许多研究者的重视。对其成因,众说纷纭,但尚未有一致的看法。离心铸造比静铸更易出现反白口。所以,查明其原因,在理论和经济上都很有意义。 本文目的在于探查离心铸造灰铸铁汽缸套(90~160)中反白口的成因和防止方法。缸套毛胚壁厚15~30毫米,有锥度。用铁模加涂料铸造。
The local anomalous white-stained tissue that is produced in the tropics of the casting is called the anti-whiting. It reduces the strength and toughness, deteriorates the processing performance, which has aroused the attention of many researchers. There are different opinions on its causes, but no consensus has been reached yet. Centrifugal casting cast more prone to anti-white mouth. Therefore, to find out the reason is of great theoretical and economic significance. The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes and prevention of anti-whiting in centrifugal cast gray iron cylinder liners (90-160). Cylinder liner thickness of 15 to 30 mm, with taper. Cast iron mold plus coating.
