王崧舟特级教师网络工作室是浙江省优质网络教育资源建设的重要内容之一。工作室自从成立以来,立足全省、放眼全国,已成为广大一线语文教师专业成长的精神家园,也为探索和形成具有浙派特色、时代气息的教师教育新模式提供了一个可资借鉴的样本。本文首先总结了该工作室的运行成效,指出无论其课程资源(核心课程、主体课程和拓展课程)的建构,还是对语文教学各环节的挖掘,都极具特色,在教师专业研训、语文课程建设和名师培养机制等方面均取得了很大实效。同时,本文还阐述了该网络工作室的运行模式,在网络管理上主张刚性管理和柔性领导相结合,在网络构架上体现课程的高度、宽度、深度,在资源利用上则实现共享、共建、共拓展,同时,加强“回馈式磨练”与“螺旋式递进”网络研修模式,并辅之以网站、博客及QQ的互动,从而多平台、多路径地为学员的发展创造了机会。
