利用烧结不锈钢微孔管,采用错流过滤的方式,对模拟高放废液沉淀物配制的不同粒度和浓度的 Al2 O3 - H2 O 体系进行了过滤研究.对颗粒度、浓度、过滤管孔径、压力、错流速度等影响因素进行了实验,同时对无反吹的连续长时间运行进行了验证.为高放废液预处理错流过滤工艺的进一步研究提供了理论基础
Al 2 O 3 - H 2 O system with different particle size and concentration was prepared by using stainless steel microporous tube and cross-flow filtration. Experiments were carried out on factors such as particle size, concentration, pore size of filter tube, pressure and cross flow velocity, and the continuous long run without backflush was verified. Which provided the theoretical basis for the further research of pretreatment cross-flow filtration process of high-level liquid waste
