目的观察不同剂量透脓散醇提液对荷Lo Vo细胞移植瘤裸鼠血清炎症相关细胞因子的影响。方法荷Lo Vo细胞的移植瘤裸鼠随机分为对照组(生理盐水),透脓散醇提液低剂量组(10mg/g)、中剂量组(20mg/g)、高剂量组(40mg/g),给予不同剂量透脓散醇提液灌胃14天,采用ELISA法检测荷瘤裸鼠血清中炎症相关细胞因子水平。结果随着给药剂量的增加,IL-2、IL-12在裸鼠血清中的浓度逐渐增高,而IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的浓度则逐渐降低,与对照组相比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论透脓散醇提液可以通过调节荷瘤鼠血清中炎症细胞因子的表达而发挥抗肿瘤效应。
Objective To observe the effects of different doses of Tongpi alcohol extract on serum inflammatory cytokines in nude mice bearing LoVo cells. Methods Nude mice bearing LoVo cells were randomly divided into control group (saline), low dose group (10mg / g), middle dose group (20mg / g) and high dose group (40mg / g), given different doses of suppository alcohol extract by intragastric gavage for 14 days, the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in tumor-bearing nude mice were detected by ELISA. Results The concentration of IL-2 and IL-12 in nude mice gradually increased with the dose of IL-2 and IL-10 increased, while the concentrations of IL-6, IL-10 and TNF- Significant statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Tongpi alcohol extract can play an anti-tumor effect by regulating the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the serum of tumor-bearing mice.
