在近年来信息爆炸现象显著,公众对基层图书馆的热情难以持续。基层图书馆如何在当下找到新出路,图书馆人必须思考。就以往经验来看,以志愿者服务融入基层图书馆建设中,二者可相辅相成,实现共赢。本文就志愿服务对基层图书馆建设的意义、如何在基层图书馆中开展志愿服务等问题做出探讨,以达到为改善基层图书馆发展现状提供借鉴和参考的目的。
In recent years, the phenomenon of information explosion is significant, and public enthusiasm for grass-roots libraries is hard to sustain. How the grassroots libraries find a new way out of nowadays, the library people must think. From the past experience, volunteer service into the grassroots library construction, the two can complement each other and achieve win-win situation. This paper discusses the significance of volunteer service to the construction of grassroots library and how to carry out volunteer service in the grassroots library so as to provide reference and reference for improving the development of grassroots library.
