目的采用TLC法鉴别泽泻中的泽泻烯醇,并采用HPLC法测定含量。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilTM C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(70∶30);流速1mL·min-1;柱温30℃。结果 10批泽泻药材中均能检出泽泻烯醇;泽泻烯醇4.958~19.832μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.18%。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可完善泽泻药材的质控方法。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the Alisma Enol in Alisma orientale by TLC and determine its content by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was DiamonsilTM C18 (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (70∶30); the flow rate was 1mL·min-1; the column temperature was 30°C. RESULTS: Alicoenols could be detected in 10 batches of Alisma orientalis; the linear relationship between peak area and 4.958 to 19.832 μg was better (r=0.9995). The average recovery was 99.66% and RSD was 1.18%. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can improve the quality control methods of Alisma orientale.
