According to the requirements of the Protocol to the 2nd Meeting of China’s Ministry of Railways and the Ministry of Communications of the Soviet Union on the cooperation of science and technology, the special work on the scientific research plan of “application of computerized train operation chart” has been completed. Now, the harvesting experience and the comprehensive evaluation of the cooperation between the two sides
