目的:结合渗透汽化和流动注射技术,建立一种高锰酸钾-罗丹明B化学发光测定食品中亚硫酸盐的新方法。方法:在酸性介质中,高锰酸钾氧化罗丹明B产生微弱的化学发光,SO2的存在可显著增强该体系的发光信号强度;且在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系;渗透汽化技术在酸性条件下将样品中的亚硫酸盐转化为SO2并分离出来,基于此,利用渗透汽化与化学发光联用技术进行食品中亚硫酸盐含量测定。结果:Na2SO3浓度0.8 mg/L~4.0 mg/L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检测限是0.2 mg/L。对2.0mg/L的Na2SO3标准溶液平行测定11次,平行测得值的RSD为4.2%,用于测定食品中亚硫酸盐含量,结果满意。结论:该方法可以用于测定食品中亚硫酸盐含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method for the determination of sulfite in foods by potassium permanganate-rhodamine B chemiluminescence combined with pervaporation and flow injection techniques. Methods: In acidic medium, potassium permanganate oxidized Rhodamine B to produce weak chemiluminescence. The presence of SO2 significantly enhanced the luminescence signal intensity of the system, and showed a good linear relationship within a certain range. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the luminescence intensity and the concentration of Na2SO3 in the range of 0.8 mg / L ~ 4.0 mg / L with the detection limit of 0.2 mg / L. Satisfactory results were obtained after 11 parallel determinations of 2.0 mg / L Na2SO3 standard solution and parallel RSD of 4.2% for the determination of sulfite content in food. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine sulfite content in food.
