目的:分析闭合复位结合石膏外固定治疗小儿胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月-2016年12月27例小儿胫骨骨折患儿,对其临床资料进行分析。所选病例均接受闭合复位结合石膏外固定疗法进行治疗,对其临床治疗情况进行分析。结果:所选病例均成功开展手术治疗,均获随访,患儿治疗后膝关节功能评分优良率(88.89%)显著提升,与治疗前(29.63%)相比,存在明显差异(P<0.05);本组患儿骨折全部愈合,愈合时间30-120d,平均愈合时间(78.09±5.34)d;本组患儿治疗后移动功能、踝关节稳定性评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位结合石膏外固定疗法,临床效果显著,能够最大程度提高患儿临床治疗效果,缩短愈合时间,提高膝关节功能。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction combined with plaster external fixation in the treatment of pediatric tibial fractures. Methods: From May 2012 to December 2016, 27 children with tibial fractures in children were selected and their clinical data were analyzed. Selected cases were treated with closed reduction combined with plaster external fixation therapy, the clinical treatment of its analysis. Results: All the selected cases were successfully operated and were followed up. The excellent and good rate of knee joint function score (88.89%) was significantly improved after treatment in children, which was significantly different from that before treatment (29.63%) (P <0.05) The fracture healing in this group was complete. The healing time was 30-120 days and the average healing time was 78.09 ± 5.34 days. The scores of mobility and ankle stability after treatment in this group were better than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Closed reduction plus gypsum external fixation therapy has significant clinical effect, which can improve the clinical treatment effect, shorten the healing time and improve the knee joint function in children.
