2003年度荣获广西经济发展10佳县(市、区)是：平果县、合山市、永福县、邕宁县、扶绥县、贺州市八步区、柳江县、桂平市、来宾市兴宾区、荔浦县。回顾首届10佳县(市、区)的评比，我们收获颇丰。 方案历经五改方出炉 领导走马三任不懈怠 综观广西经济，以地域划分，可以分为城市经济和县域经济两大板块。城市经济和县域经济是我区经济发展的两大发动机。总体来说，这些年以南宁、桂林、柳州、北海、玉林、贵港等14市为代表的城区发展较为迅猛。而我区的贫困县比例不小，因而相对城市经济而言，县域经济发展动力差，呈弱势。如何把弱势做强，就成为广西经济发展的当务之急。广西县域面积占全区总面积的91％，全区资源大部分集中在县域，加快广西经济的发展，空间在县，潜力在县，后劲在县，出路也在县! 强区必须强县。这已成为全区各级领
