文章通过分析检察机关在构建和谐社会中角色定位的法理基础及应坚持的几种理念,认为检察机关严厉打击刑事犯罪、维护社会稳定是构建和谐荔湾的基础;强化法律监督、确保司法公正是构建和谐荔湾的保障;惩治和预防职务犯罪、密切党群干群关系是构建和谐荔湾的关键;坚持以人为本、尊重和保障人权是构建和谐荔湾的重点。
By analyzing the legal basis of procuratorial organs’ role in building a harmonious society and the several concepts that should be adhered to, this paper argues that procuratorial organs crack down on criminal offenses and maintain social stability are the cornerstones for building a harmonious Liwan. To strengthen legal supervision and ensure judicial fairness is to construct Liwan protection of harmony; punishment and prevention of job-related crimes, the relationship between cadres and masses is the key to building a harmonious Liwan; adhere to the people-oriented, respect and safeguard human rights is to build a harmonious Liwan focus.
