分析了在智能电网环境下电动汽车的基本行为状态,针对其充馈电实现及其管理和计量进行了设计,阐述了所设计的电动汽车参与智能电网建设的方案。依据电动汽车在智能电网用户端的逻辑构架情形,提出构建电动汽车馈电控制策略。介绍了电动汽车电池的充馈电方法、充馈电时智能表计的电能计量、能量服务接口及HAN网关对电动汽车的接入方案设计以及客户EMS对电动汽车的管理。
This paper analyzes the basic behavior of electric vehicles under smart grid environment, designs the realization of its charging and discharging and its management and measurement, and elaborates the plan of electric vehicles to participate in the construction of smart grid. According to the logic structure of electric vehicles in smart grid client, this paper proposes to build a control strategy of electric vehicle feed. This paper introduces the charging and discharging methods of electric vehicle battery, the energy metering of smart meter when charging and discharging, the energy service interface, the design of HAN gateway access scheme for electric vehicles, and the management of customer EMS on electric vehicles.
