目的建立测定多维钙颗粒中维生素B_1及维生素B_2含量的反相离子对高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:以0.4%己烷磺酸钠(含0.5%三乙胺,磷酸调节p H至5.5)-甲醇(80∶20,V/V),流速:1.0 m L·min~(-1);检测波长:266 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。结果维生素B1的线性范围为2.523~25.23μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.31%(n=9),RSD为0.87%;维生素B_2的线性范围为2.541~25.41μg·m L~(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.73%(n=9),RSD为0.69%。结论该方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于多维钙颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the determination of vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 2 in multidimensional calcium granules. Methods The column was Agilent Eclipse Plus C_ (18) column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with 0.4% sodium hexanesulfonate (containing 0.5% triethylamine and pH adjusted to 5.5 with phosphoric acid) (80:20, V / V), flow rate: 1.0 m L · min -1, detection wavelength: 266 nm, column temperature: 30 ℃, injection volume: 20 μL. Results The linear range of vitamin B1 was 2.523 ~ 25.23μg · m L -1 (r = 0.999 8), with an average recovery of 100.31% (n = 9) and a RSD of 0.87%. The linear range of vitamin B_2 was 2.541 ~ 25.41 μg · m L -1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.73% (n = 9) and the RSD was 0.69%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of multi-dimensional calcium granules.
