RU486(米非司酮)为炔诺酮的一种衍生物,是化学合成的甾体化合物。结合孕激素受体(PR)能力比孕激素(P)强。在细胞水平上抑制P达到抗P作用。本文应用免疫组织化学方法研究RU486在人蜕膜中对孕激素受体(PR)及雌激素受体(ER)的影响。
RU486 (mifepristone) is a derivative of norethindrone, a chemically synthesized steroid compound. Progesterone receptor (PR) binding capacity than progesterone (P) is stronger. Inhibit P at the cellular level to achieve anti-P effect. In this study, the effects of RU486 on progesterone receptor (PR) and estrogen receptor (ER) in human decidua were studied by immunohistochemistry.
