2010年,集安市人社局以“百万特别职业培训工程”为重点,努力探索“大就业、大培训、大和谐”的就业工作新格局,紧紧围绕“人才培养体系、培训就业体系、技工教育体系、技能评价体系、资金保障体系”五个体系建设,全力打造就业培训工作“6×3”新模式。截至目前,集安市城镇失业人员职业技能培训累计2502人,完成全年目标的156%;农村劳动力技能培训累计2376人,完成全年目标的149%;创业培训累计808人,完成年目标的135%。
In 2010, the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Ji'an City focused on “One Million Special Vocational Training Project” and worked hard to explore a new employment pattern for “major employment, big training and great harmony”, focusing on “personnel training System, training and employment system, mechanics education system, skills evaluation system, capital security system ”five systems, to create employment training “ 6 3 ”new model. Up till now, a total of 2502 vocational skills training programs have been completed for urban unemployed persons in Ji'an City, 156% of the full-year target. Among them, 2376 have been trained in rural labor skills, accounting for 149% of the full-year target. 808 entrepreneurship training programs have been completed, 135%.
