对麻风树籽（ＪＣＳ）不同制剂杀灭钉螺筛选实验观察，发现２ 号粉剂和６ 号水剂具有良好的杀钉螺效果。２ 号浓度１０ｍｇ／Ｌ，６ 号浓度６－２５ｍｇ／Ｌ，浸杀钉螺７２ｈ 死亡率均为１００－０ ％ 。现场喷洒剂量６ｇ／ｍ２ ，５ｄ 钉螺死亡率均为１００－０％ 。２ 号粉剂急性鱼类毒性试验结果ＬＣ５０ 为６９６－３１ｍｇ／Ｌ。该两种制剂进一步提纯和定型后，具有大批量生产和在疫区推广使用的价值。
