企业文化是80年代初由美国人最先提出的。目前,世界主要发达国家,均已进入以企业活动为主导的经济发展阶段,并在不同程度上建立起本国的企业文化。企业文化的发展、企业文化对企业生存发展的制约和影响,已引起了我国理论界和实践部门的广泛关注。毫无疑问,在我国由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转化的过程中,企业文化不仅对深化企业改革具有重要意义,而且对社会主义现代化建设也具有重要意义。因此,我们必须把握经济与文化发展一体化的趋势,在建设有中国特色社会主义理论指导下,努力探索我国企业文化建设的规律和途径,开拓出中国企业文化更加光明的未来。
Corporate culture was first proposed by Americans in the early 1980s. At present, the major developed countries in the world have all entered the stage of economic development dominated by enterprise activities and have, to varying degrees, established their own corporate culture. The development of corporate culture and the restriction and influence of corporate culture on the survival and development of enterprises have drawn wide attention from the theoretical circles and practical departments in our country. Undoubtedly, in the course of our country's transformation from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, corporate culture is of great significance not only for deepening the reform of enterprises, but also for the socialist modernization. Therefore, we must grasp the trend of the integration of economic and cultural development, and under the guidance of the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, strive to explore the laws and ways of building corporate culture in our country and open up a brighter future for Chinese corporate culture.
