材料:2006年12月4日,是我国第六个法制宣传日。2006年法制宣传活动的指导思想是:以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面落实科学发展观,认真贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中、四中、五中、六中全会精神,开展好以宪法为核心的法律法规宣传教育活动,进一步提高全体公民的宪法意识和法制观念,为促进全社会法治化管理水平的提高,推进依法治国方略的实施和构建社会主义和谐社会营造良好的社会环境和法治氛围。
