在当前的知识经济背景下,以信息和作为信息之升华的知识的广泛传播和利用为基础的,由知识劳动者所掌握的“知识”成为信息社会的主要生产手段。信息主体,即掌握着一定信息和知识资源的个体或整体,通过合作竞争的方式,组建知识技术创新联盟来达到保持竞争优势的目的。其中的绩效评价是保证联合创新成功的基础。本文在相关研究成果的基础上,根据创新联盟中合作与竞争的特性,提出了一套信息主体间合作竞争的绩效指标体系,并建立了以Sharply值为权重的评价模型分别计算创新联盟中合作和竞争部分的绩效。
In the current context of knowledge economy, “knowledge”, which is based on the widespread dissemination and utilization of information and information as a sublimation of knowledge, is the main means of production in the information society.
