目前外贸运输环节中收费项目繁多,其中包括港口码头、铁路、公路;海运、陆运、空运及仓储企业;货运代理、无船承运人、理货;海关和检疫检验等方面。此外,外贸企业在税收、外汇和外贸政策方面也存在一些急需解决的问题。为减少和逐步取消外贸运输环节中的不合理收费,降低出口成本,减少出口障碍,提高我国产品在国际市场的竞争力,外经贸企协拟对上述环节存在的问题和收费项目作一次普查并根据各地反映的问题,有些上报政府有关主管部门协调解决;有些由协会出面与有关单位协商解决,为企业创造良好的外贸环境,扩大外贸出口。

In order to reduce and gradually cancel the unreasonable fees and charges in the foreign trade and transport links, reduce the export costs, reduce the export barriers and enhance the competitiveness of our products in the international market, the FTAO intends to conduct a census of the problems and charges in the above links According to the problems reflected in various places, some of them are submitted to the competent government authorities for coordination and resolution; some are brought forward by the associations to negotiate with the relevant agencies to create a favorable foreign trade environment for the enterprises and expand their exports.
