对卫生防疫工作绩效的评价,已成为各级卫生防疫站加强科学管理必须进行的工作内容之一。本文应用系统工程科学中关于多目标决策的一种方法,即层次分析法的基本原理,对几个卫生防疫站的工作绩效作了初步的定量分析,并在此基础上增加对卫生防疫站的主要条件因素的标准化处理,然后用综合加权效对防疫站的工作进一步作出了较为客观的评价。
Evaluation of the performance of health and epidemic prevention work has become one of the tasks that all levels of health and epidemic prevention stations must strengthen in scientific management. This paper applies a method of multi-objective decision-making in system engineering science, that is, the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process, and makes a preliminary quantitative analysis of the work performance of several health and epidemic prevention stations, and on this basis, increases the number of health epidemic prevention stations. Standardized treatment of the main condition factors, and then made a more objective evaluation of the work of the epidemic prevention station with integrated weighted effect.
