改革开放以来,作为中国广告产业的有机组成部分,广播电视广告从无到有、迅猛发展,规模不断扩大,质量不断提升,效益不断增长,社会影响日益广泛,在促进经济社会发展、树立企事业品牌形象、满足人民群众信息需求以及为广电事业发展提供经济支持等方面发挥了重要作用,产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。据统计,2010年,全国广播电视广告收入为782亿元,“十一五”期间,广播电视广告在管理、发展和创新方面都可圈可点,为“十二五”发展提供了宝贵的经验,打下了坚实的基础。
