随着社会的发展,时代的进步,国家对教育越来越重视,对教师的要求也越来越高,教师需要不断提升自己的素养,才能符合新一轮课改的要求。教师的素养直接影响着教学效果的好坏,提升教师的素养是课改的必然要求。在科学发展观的引导下,中小学教育科学研究必将面临一系列新的挑战,中小学教育水平的提高,关键在于中小学教师科研素养的提高。本文了解了中小学教师科研素养构成构成,并针对其中存在的问题,从教师、学校两方面进行了分析,提出了要充分认识教师科研素养、提升教师科研素质、加强对教师科研素养的管理和引导等有效策略。
With the development of society and the progress of the times, the state has paid more and more attention to education and the teachers’ requirements have become higher and higher. Teachers need to constantly improve their own literacy in order to meet the requirements of the new round of curriculum reform. Teachers ’literacy has a direct impact on the quality of teaching. To improve teachers’ literacy is a necessary requirement of curriculum reform. Guided by the scientific concept of development, primary and secondary education in science will face a series of new challenges. The key to improving primary and secondary education lies in the improvement of primary and secondary school teachers’ scientific literacy. In this paper, we understand the constitution of primary and secondary school teachers’ scientific literacy, and analyze the existing problems from two aspects: teachers and schools. We should fully understand the scientific literacy of teachers, improve the quality of teachers’ scientific research, strengthen the management of teachers’ scientific literacy, Guide and other effective strategies.
