目的 评价Krupin青光眼减压阀植入引流术对顽固性青光眼的疗效。方法 2 2例顽固性青光眼共 2 2眼 ,其中新生血管性青光眼 9例 ,其他类型青光眼 13例。结果 术后平均随访 9 5 5月 ( 6～ 17月 ) ,平均眼压为 17 93± 5 85mmHg ,总成功率为 77 2 7% ( 17/ 2 2 )。其中新生血管性青光眼成功率为 66 67% ( 6/ 9) ,其它类型青光眼为 84 61% ( 11/ 13 )。结论 Krupin青光眼减压阀植入引流术对治疗顽固性青光眼是有效的 ,且严重并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Krupin glaucoma valve implantation and drainage on intractable glaucoma. Methods Twenty-two patients with refractory glaucoma were enrolled in this study, including 9 neovascular glaucoma and 13 other types of glaucoma. Results The average postoperative follow-up was 95-5 months (from June to May). The mean IOP was 17 93 ± 5 85mmHg and the total success rate was 77 2 7% (17/2 2). The success rate of neovascular glaucoma was 66 67% (6/9), while that of other types of glaucoma was 84 61% (11/13). Conclusion Krupin glaucoma drainage and drainage is effective in treating refractory glaucoma with less serious complications.
