作者用恒温加速试验法研究了维生素B_(12)注射液的稳定性。结果表明:该注射液的稳定性在pH值4.80左右较好,加络合剂可增加其稳定性,有效期为5年。
The author studied the stability of vitamin B_ (12) injection by thermostatic accelerated test. The results showed that the stability of the injection was good at about pH value of about 4.80. The addition of complexing agent could increase the stability of the injection for five years.
